We’ve Recently Welcomed a Quality Manager

In recent months, to assist with our service expansion, we’ve welcomed a quality manager.

We caught up with Samantha, to find out more about her role and why she joined team Agilis.

Hi Samantha, as Quality Manager, what do your day-to-day responsibilities at Agilis include?

My role as Quality manager at Agilis is quite exciting as no two days are the same! From staff training, devising and reviewing specifications for processes to inspecting goods for shipping, the list is extensive.

I also make sure everyone at Agilis adheres to our ISO standards, works at, and delivers services to a consistent standard, whilst working toward gaining more accreditations. Currently we are working towards the ISO 9001 accreditation which keeps me very busy.

Could you tell us more about your industry and work experience?

I have worked within the quality industry for over 14 years, working with a range of products from raw materials to electronics.

I have a vast amount of experience within the industry from holding previous positions as a quality inspector and a quality technician, prior to taking the quality manager role at Agilis Health.

What made you join Agilis?

I joined Agilis because I was really impressed with how excited, passionate, and knowledgeable the team were. Along with how much I felt the team could achieve together.

It’s been such a fantastic opportunity for me to join the Agilis team and to gain more knowledge within a sector that I thoroughly enjoy working in.
