How it works?
1. Healthcare Questionnaire
Fill in the relevant healthcare questionnaires and book an appointment at your local pharmacy.
2. Pharmacy Appointment
Attend your scheduled appointment at the pharmacy.
3. Sample Collection
Pharmacy health professionals will administer your tests, recording your results on your profile or sending your test sample to an Agilis laboratory to analyse.
4. Results Consultation
Receive your test results through the Agilis Health Platform, accompanied by a consultation with one of our dedicated health advisors to walk you through results.
5. Actionable Insights
You'll be given clear actions and if needed you'll be signposted to further support from existing and local support structures.
